Did you not get an ORDER confirmation, or a SHIPPING confirmation?  

If you are logging into your account, and you can see the order #, and the digital download is there, AND your CC was charged, it's probably a safe bet to assume that it all went thru fine and dandy, and the only issue is that, for some reason, the auto-generated email didn't make it to you...  

 

Send [email protected] an email to confirm, but you are probably all good.

I didn't get an order confirmation email, but shit happens. All signs point to yes, my order went through and I can sleep like a black metal baby on a Norwegian forest floor.

I know you folks are really good about that stuff, so I just wanted to double check.

I figure there's probably no need to worry since all signals are that the order went through. I'm still reeling from all the PO anxiousness.

I'll wait until tomorrow to make my "It's been 28 hours. Why haven't I received my vinyl yet?" post.

Did anyone *not* get an order confirmation?

I placed the order on my phone and haven't gotten anything.

If I log into my DW account, I see the order number and the download is available. My CC was billed.

Should I be worried?

Also got an email that said that all RZA Shaolin Soul Collections and Ghostface lps have shipped. 

Hopefully, my Shaolin Soul is among them, since I already got my Ghostface.

I'm not worried about getting ripped off and can handle the delays, but the lack of response to emails is disheartening.

Got the Ghostface today, regular version, no upgrades due to delay. 

You can't really expect the label to throw in bonus to make up for a delay, although it is super cool when they do.

You can expect the label to send you everything you ordered...my Shaolin Soul comp was missing. 

I guess it's time to start emailing people.

The Adrian Younge version is very good, but I'm blown away by the Brown Tape version. Apollo really stepped outside his comfort zone and found some new sounds that suit Ghost and the rest of the Wu roster really well. I had to hold off on ordering the original for financial reasons, but when the Brown Tape vinyl drops in June, it will be a must-buy situation.

I have to agree...I like the Brown Tape version much more. I've been listening to the tracks back and forth and while 12 Ways is really good, I think just about every Apollo track is better.

My Ghostface LP was split color, showed up with the RZA soul comp and a free shirt and a note saying sorry for the delay.

Now that's how you make up for things! Did you order the RZA comp at the same time or was it thrown in?

Just got a shipping notification for 12 Ways to Die from Soul Temple.

No mention of the Shaolin Soul comp I ordered being included.

Has anyone heard anything about when that's supposed to ship?

I have the originals for all of these and that makes it tempting to frame them just because the covers are so fantastic.

Poor Beat Off never got reissued.

Apparently it's up next in the silkscreen cover series.
