This is going to piggy back off of dronermaloney. As you can see by me being new to the boards. I have been on here looking to build my collection. Everyone has been great until I ran into something that put a red flag up a week ago. The person was great at communicating during the transaction and working out a price. Once they received my money they have not talked to me since so its been over a week! I have sent PM's and no response When do you think or when its protocal to file a issue with Paypal.
