Well, i did purchase one, if that makes me an idiot that is ok i suppose. I have never sold a single record i have purchased, and like to think of my collection as a reference collection. Sometimes this means shelling out a little more for a box set but i don't mind, i figure since i don't drink/smoke i gotta have some sort of vice. I think what this set comes down to is what is it worth to you.

I received a limited edition version from Amazon! #321/1000. I love this record!

I can't imagine this set spilling falling too much to the right of $100, but i have been surprised/let down before.

It is my understanding that this record was intentionally recorded/mixed to sound thin. I forgot where but i read an interview with Trent Reznor about the sound being Paper Thin and Fucking Brutal, or something to that effect.

I recieved Yankee Hotel Foxtrot one Christmas morning when things in my life were at a particularly good peak. In fact the weeks leading up to Christmas was an unusually dry period for Souther Oregon, and then on Christmas.....SNOW! What can i say, it was a miracle.

Mine arrived this afternoon as well! It's interesting coming back after a 10 year hiatus, but every track has come pouring back into the front of my memory. I can honestly say that this record was produced most excellently!
