the vinyl comes with printed inner sleeves, and an envelope with 9 cards in it, one for each song... i put the vinyl on a white sleeve to show the color better.

got mine yesterday, black vinyl with black labels... etching on side-D is black also... and the vinyl itself seems to be 180gr... i ordered the standard package

spinning this mofo as we speak, pick it up guys... this album rules!

still can't get on the deathwish page, i've cleared my cache, deleted cookies from deathwish, restart my webbrowser (opera), restarted my machine, cleaned my history thingy with crap cleaner... any other suggestions someone (with computer skills) ?
