  1. So stoked for this. I skipped over all of the ebay sales for 3rd pressings at $75 for the past year. So glad I did.
  2. I have this sand meditation kit at my house that I got as a gift . . . may have to get this shirt to accompany it . . . this shirt = awesome
  3. fuck !!!!! these rule!!!!!!!!!!!! can't wait for the tour to hit denver . . .
  4. Whoa, my gf and I watched this the other night and we were sick afterward . . . like queezy and stomach in knots . . . one of those films that makes you physically feel bad because of the emotion that is evoked . . . br00tal . . .
  5. appreciate it. was the merch guy bald? dudes a nice guy, i've talked to him the past couple times baroness have rolled through. You're welcome. The dude was bald. And yeah he is cool. He hooked me up last time they cruized through with Converge and Genghis Tron and Red Chord with a 8 dollar shirt. Baroness killed it. If anyone is even considering going to the show, do it. These guys rule.
  6. what did the shirts look like/ how much was merch? The shirts were for the blue album, just the artwork, no lettering of any kind. There was a grey on grey and a grey on black. There were a couple heather grey shirts with white lettering that said baroness and had giant feathers on either side of the band name. they had a hoodie with a vulture skeleton. Hoodie was 30 bux. T shirts were 12 and 15. vinyl was 20 and 15 for the unperson/baroness split. Prints were 25 bux. cds were 10.
  7. they were sold out of this last night. I was kind of disappointed with the print selection as they had an old red album print that was on cardstock. They had another sweet print with a cat and skull and a bullet belt. The shirts were awesome. They said they should be getting more vinyl for tour soon.
  8. Someone bought that? It was $50 when I looked. Not sure if he changed it or not. Didn't think it would move for that price. yea, someone snagged it. Have Heart stuff is getting ridiculous. $50 bux for a seven inch is too much money. hope whomever snagged it enjoys it for that much cash flow.
  9. the ultimate is ridiculous . . . just gonna get the record . . .
  10. worked the show last night and Converge killed it. Everyone was stoked for the show with staff and all of the opening bands getting in the mix. The merch dude Monster was the coolest and hooked me up with a good deal. All in all, this was my favorite Converge show. never met a pack of cooler dudes, keep up the good work J and crew . . .
  11. this was me as paul bunyon last halloween and . . . and then my wonderful gf recently commissioned Rob Sacchetto to make a zombie portrait ( www.zombieportraits.com ) of me and give it to me for our 2 yr anniversary. Thanks babe, I look even more br00tal than I did as Paul Bunyan . . . . here is the final product . . .
  12. if it has and will always pay off there would be no need for a post like this, nor would accounts be frozen, etc. and by "paying off" i mean, it will suffice the need. People need for music, virgil will try to get you as much music he can at the cheapest price he can. not paying off with money because really, our culture tells us it is important to have this and make this but it is the other things in life that are truly the "pay off." I'm not here to talk numbers, I just want to acknowledge that Virgil works hard to make people happy.
