My band, Breakthrough Frequencies just put up a split 7" we did with our friends. Fans of Brand New, Balance and Composure, and lots of guitar noise might appreciate it. Limited to 250 copies. Picked up my copy from the band last June. I love Nick Torres and everything he writes. The new material they played was amazing, and I can't wait to hear it once it's released. I think I was the only one there that knew all the words to 'The Rose of Lee', lol. Also, on a sidenote, I was so impressed with the work done by Good Night Sweet Prints, that when it came time to press my band's 7", we opted to go through them for the printing. Unbelievable work!

Either way, it'll be a cool looking record and I'll be happy with it. Unless it sucks! Ha.

Accurate. Which leads me to believe that's roughly what the records going to look like. Not a red/white split or strange side a/side b hybrid creation there isn't a mockup of. I don't know where that idea came from!

Judging from the picture, the red/white smash is not different on each side. It's just red and white.

My local record store got in a Buddha splatter yesterday and I missed it by a couple hours. Gahhh. Still looking for TOYPAJ.

Went with package 7. I need to chill out with the vinyl purchases, but it's a good value and I like all of the stuff. Haven't seen the variants written out anywhere yet, so I took the liberty of taking down whatever info I could from the preorder site to get it all in one place. Not sure what version Amazon is selling. Opaque Red /?? Red/White Smash /350 Red/Black Splatter /150 Opaque Gold 7" /??

This gets me so excited for the new album, haha. Spinning 'Greatest Story' today in anticipation.

Most retail stores (not sure about HT) usually have a policy in place. Usually you can't purchase any items until they've hit the sales floor and you're on your break or not working. I've had one HT associate follow me from the sales counter and grab records to put aside when he saw I was heading that way, lol. At a different HT they had a 'buy one get one free on everything' sticker on the vinyl rack (which was definitely a mistake). The second the guy saw me walk over he jumped in front of me and took the sign down. THEY'RE OUT TO GET US!!

Out of stock notification. Lame. I'd love to work at a Hot Topic part time if it means first dibs on some of these releases. Thinking about it.

But to keep it relevant, I ordered a copy yesterday. Excited.
