Just ordered. I love deadmau5 and his new album is great. Definitely a departure from traditional edm club songs and more of a moody tone with heavy piano work. But it is definitely a great album and shows his true talent as a producer.

Ordered mine on the second and it usps tracking still says pre-shipment...hoping usps just didnt update it and it will arrive any day now.

Ordered mine yesterday right before it sold out and just checked my order status and it shipped already. No shipped e-mail confirmation though.

wow I just placed an order like 5 minutes ago. I'm hoping I snagged one of the last ones and there was no oversell or anything. Got the confirmation e-mail if that matters.

Has anyone been on hottopic's site lately? They changed it around and now I can't find a link to the vinyl section. So I type in google Hot topic vinyl and then I can get to it but there is no vinyl in the section. Is this only happening to me or did hot topic remove all of their vinyl from the site or clearance it or something? Sorry if this is a noob question and has been referred to already.

My beige copy arrived today from Iso50. The one corner got banged up pretty badly in transit I guess. Great record though.

I do have headphones (Audio Technica ATH-M50) but I usually use them with my laptop and phone while on the go. When i'm home I like to listen to music out of my speakers because they sound better. So I don't think Ill be using my headphones with the turntable that much.

Thanks for all the replies guys. I just got the turntable and speakers for christmas and neither are getting replaced anytime soon. My speakers sound amazing and the turntable sounds great as well considering i've never had a TT before. So I won't be getting that receiver because as all of you have been saying, it is a waste of money. Thanks for the info, I guess the receiver would do double amplification and I don't want that. Will look for a volume control.

I also didn't know if using a receiver like the Onkyo I mentioned above would maybe make it sound better than just going through the preamp on the turntable thats why I was looking into getting it.

Hey I just set up mine as well. If you read the circular paper that was attached to the cover of the slipmat it tells you on there. I believe my cartridge was the AT95E or something like that, but it is the one that came with it so yours should be the same. Anyway both the tracking force and anti-skate for that should be set to 2.0

Hey all, Merry Christmas! For Christmas this year I got a new turntable, which is an Audio Technica AT-LP120. I know it's not the best but it is what I can afford. Anyway I knew the turntable had a preamp and I have powered speakers (M-Audio BX5 D2) but my speakers have individual volume knobs on each and it is annoying having to adjust each of them to raise or lower the volume when listening to records. So i was thinking of getting a receiver or a preamp or something that has a master volume knob that I could use. Any suggestions on what to get? I was looking into the Onkyo TX-8020 receiver? any good? Please get back to me with any helpful information. Thanks

I love HoB and am interested in the bootleg on vinyl digital. What's the difference in a bootleg and regular vinyl? and also what's the shipping time like for shipping to the states from vinyl digital?
