No one in the B9 office has any copies. We didn't even get the covers to us-just a few overs. But we're sure as hell hoping our text message gets received so we can have personal copies. If you're not happy about only 500, we wanted to do 1000. But some labels had different thoughts.

Because of the nature of this as a license agreement, certain parties were involved and certain aspects of peripheral to the vinyl issue of this release were out of our hands. There were some mistakes and your download card should work now. Unlike other B9 releases, we were only responsible for vinyl and NOT the download. Any problems with the download card or Mp3 quality is out of our hands and can be addressed with Shockhound. I'm sure they'd be glad to get the feedback, too. Got shipping notification saying mine shipped Tuesday priority mail. No longer live a mile from Fifth Element, so gotta wait for mail...patiently waiting... But I laughed when I got this "info" email- "If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at [email protected] or by phone at (555) 555-0123"

We've had some store issues all day. Inventory issues, items being mysteriously deleted, Items adding to the cart with inventory at zero and items with inventory saying they don't exist. This order was three hours later because of these fun times and hopefully everything is ironed out now. Who wants to count all of the merch we've added in the last six weeks with me tonight? Anyone?

Hey, be nice. I'll give the point this-we only did that three times I can think of and it was all jobs ordered around the same time (New Found Glory, H2O and Have Heart). Some people were stoked on it (we sold out of all of them) and some people were bummed and some people emailed us saying, politely "I don't give a fuck about package deals, but if you'd want to include the rare version, that'd be awesome" and we would do it. For those who wrote shit about us being assholes and "fuck this" or "you suck" or whatever, we'd laugh and your order may have ended up on the fridge in the Hall of Shame. Prior to that, we randomly snuck in with orders (Crime In Stereo was half & half, we did this with Ceremony, H2O, Have Heart, and ISHC as well) and since Have Heart, we have sold the rare editions outside of the package deal to the first people who jump at the chance, then we also sell the vinyl within the package deals. Also, we also sell the package deal T-shirts separately, if you like shirts, and you like rare vinyl or CDs and want to combine things and save a few bucks, you win. If you were one of the earliest people to order, then awesome. We also return and reject any orders of 5 or 6 of the rare copies, so we don't let hoarders play in our sandbox. They'll have them Saturday (when they get to boston) OH, and the licensing thing. Nitro was awesome about the license. I just don't think they quite got that the download was a "bonus" and not what we were actually "selling" so we'd have to go through a digital AND vinyl license and it would've been a protracted pain in the ass that would've delayed the record. And in two and a half years of digital proliferation...I'm sure you're able to figure out the "free download" at this point.

Quick answers: Thanks for ordering. I'm really stoked about this record. Quick clarifications: 1) No package deals on this one. There will be package deals for Selective Wreckage, Ruiner and Energy's LP. 2) Shipping costing $13.50. If your postage really is that off, we always refund it when it's caught by our staff or pointed out by a customer. Shipping LPs properly is automatically about 1.2 pounds for a single LP. So that's 2 pounds for priority and if you' weren't aware, check out the recent USPS postage rate increases. It's insane. International is now all one flat rate, regardless of country. Parcel post is basically the same price as priority. It sucks. We may consider adding media mail as an option...but a very SLOW option it is. If you feel wronged, you can email me at [email protected] and we'll take care of you. International people-we're working some shit out to make our pre-orders more cost-effective for you. Next month, we're doing all three records at the same time so people can save on postage. So start saving up. 3) The LP is $11 due to licensing fee and the packaging costing a little bit extra-you'll see when they arrive. 4) Shipping next week.
