  1. Oh I know that I'm not complaining, I'm just saying I need a copy in order to do that hahaha
  2. Hey Guys I'm looking for a copy of the +44 12" LP When Your Heart Stops Beating on the light blue marble variant. This is the only pressing. I hear the audio quality is pretty mediocre but if I can find it in good shape for a decent price that'd be rad
  3. Yeah dude I'm telling you! WYHSB is a really rad album. Strong Production and Marks lyrics are on point. Honestly, he's my favorite component of blink. I can't say that enough. I fangirl hard core over Mark Hoppus
  4. Yeah now you guys have me listening to When Your Hearts Stops Beating hahaha, Chapter 13 is really good too. I actually have the Cliffdiving 7" 45. I really want the whole record but I heard the first and only pressing sucked quality wise so I'm patiently awaiting a repress. If it never comes I'll bite the bullet on the marble variant from a flipper
  5. I try to view them as a different entity. I try to imagine in that instance that Tom has nothing to do with blink. As their own entity I think they're rad. Like I said WDNTW and I-Empire were really good. Love was WAAY different. But overall. I enjoy the listening experience. When I first listened to them I tried to not expect anything of it.
  6. I mean if you really think about it the side projects that came from blink are all great. BCR killed it, so did +44. AVA was good until that last double EP. I We Don't Need To Whisper was a great record and so were both Love pt 1 & 2 and I-Empire One group I've never given any time to was The Transplants I heard they kinda blow. I don't have any opinions having never listened to them
  7. Alright! Haha I made a little visit over to Amoeba Hollywood between classes this week and I scooped up some stuff Them Crooked Vultures S/T 2xLP (Black) Bayside S/T (Black) Bayside - Cult (Black) And I got the last 2 releases in the blink-182 Splatter Series Enema of the State and Buddha
  8. You should look up the acoustic version of "Baby Come On" a bit on the softer side but I love it. And.. I was about to start listing my favorites from the record but I realized I was about to list half of them hahaha. On your next run through pay some attention to Marks lyrics, he's always been a really powerful lyricist I think, as a lyricist, that's what draws me to his art the most.
  9. For me it was last year, I remember hearing "I Feel So" on the radio a lot and it was one of those songs I had shazamed about 15 times but never looked up the band or the name, But I remember thinking that "Voice sounds familiar" and when I finally got the initiative to look into it, it made sense that it had come from the front man of my favorite band hahaha
  10. it was really well produced. And I love that Mark was featured on Elevator. He remains to be my favorite member to this day. +44 Has to be my favorite side project from the trifecta. Again, it's a bit darker, but I like that
  11. I could not agree with you more. Honestly, I categorize myself with the "2nd Gen" blink fans. My favorite records are S/T, TOYPAJ, and Neighborhoods in that order. I don't dislike any of their other stuff it's really fun to listen to. But the maturity I found in those records along with the more serious topics really hit hard for me. I was in a really dark place when Neighborhoods dropped. And none of my friends understand it. But I do love that record. A lot. I know its not "Classic Blink" but S/T was what drew me in, in the first place. I was too young at their prime to enjoy their more raunchy stuff. My first blink song was First Date in a movie called clock stoppers. I was in the third grade I believe
  12. Yeah man, people view blink as that "joke punk band" but a lot of their stuff really hits home. I'm not sure what I would categorize S/T as because it strayed pretty far from punk. But I think both are really solid records
  13. I wonder if self titled was as influential to anyone else on here as it was for my best friend and I. Anyone opinions? Him and I got tickets to the first night of the 10th Anniversary Shows in LA we made our way front row (refer to avatar icon) and honestly it remains to be one of the most surreal experiences of my life thus far.
  14. Why does this keep happening. I just want to get info on re-presses for my favorite bands discography and talk to dudes who share interest. What does anyone get out of hating on each other here
