Today the Official Led Zeppelin Newsletter and website announced the Remastering of the legendary groups 9 studio albums. The remastering will be done by the band's guitarist Jimmy Page himself! The Studio Discography will be released in chronological order, with the first three releases scheduled for June 3rd, 2014. They're being released in different formats, but long story short, the Super Deluxe and Deluxe versions feature Previously Unreleased content! And each Vinyl and CD will be in a jacket replicating the art of the original release. Needless to say I'm pre-ordering ASAP. Pre-Orders are being made available on the band site through Amazon. Helped as in significantly but I wouldn't say it looks brand new. And quite honestly, I'm not sure the weight of the press. I assume it's 180 gram. But don't take my word for it

No you're completely right. Select few HT stores carry vinyl at all. Definitely not all of them that's for certain. Also $40?! That's a total rip! Do they not offer any kind of break? Like free shipping after you spend $100 or something stupid like that. Cuz I mean a $25 record + $40 shipping you're already at $65 might as well go for the home stretch.

I'm so excited for the splatter release. I'm aiming for the whole collection. But who knows with flippers these days right? What I love about the splatter series is that no 2 records are the same. Making it that much more personal. I love it so much.
