Why is Nitro so awful at sending things?

Nitro sucks. Still haven't received the AFI boxset I ordered. I've emailed them a few times and just get a generic email saying they are sorry but the items must not have arrived in the warehouse yet so they will update the shipping date.

I don't believe they have ever charged me for the box so I'm just not going to worry about it anymore and figure if it ever shows up it'll be a nice surprise

I kind of figured the same, unless these didn't sell well.

They posted on Facebook they're doing new colors with the same artwork at some point soon, so if you missed out you're in luck. And if youre a collector, your wallet weeps.
