Arrived yesterday. I just got home and opened it now, so I'll listen to it a bit later. All in all, I'm slightly bummed. Not very, but there's too much positive energy in this thread right now and I need to be a grinch.
I ordered the CD/vinyl package because I wanted the CD beforehand. That didn't happen (bummer #1). I also wanted black vinyl, but the CD/vinyl package was for "the most limited version of the vinyl at time of purchase," which was the haze when I ordered. So I requested black vinyl when I made my payment. That didn't happen (bummer #2). I'm also bummed they never bothered to respond/acknowledge the email I sent about both of these things back in early November.
ANYWAY, I'm done being a wet blanket now. Still stoked to finally have this.

On Facebook, I only 'follow' about five friends. The rest of my news feed is band/record label updates.

Needs around 40 more pre-orders before it happens!

Is this the most recent remastering? I thought that ISIS stated it wasn't going to be on vinyl, unless that changed since I last checked. Still very cool; I'm probably gonna grab a few things.

I always hear great things about Mylene Sheath and I love their product and newsletters, but does anyone else find it hard to get ahold of them?
I placed a order of 4 LP's (3 were in stock) including Jakob's Sines on October 20th. After waiting a week, I e-mailed them to ask if the other 3 had shipped out yet, with no reply. 3 days later I e-mailed again and they did reply saying that to save shipping costs they would send them all at the same time end of November when the Jakob pre-order drops. I e-mailed them back to ask if I could pay a little additional shipping to have the other 3 LP's shipped now with no response.
I've e-mailed them twice in the past week to ask if their is a timeline for the Jakob LP and the rest of the 3 to ship and told them that I have recently moved and would like to change my shipping address if the package hasn't shipped yet.
No response to either. Getting slightly frustrated.
I'm a bit annoyed as well TBH. I ordered the CD/vinyl package mostly because the CDs were supposed to be shipping separate in October. But I never got anything, and emailed them two weeks ago. They've never responded.

Anyone ever have an issue with ordering directly from Wolves in the Throne Room? They sent me the wrong LP. It was packaged well and shipped fast (though it was nearly $16 shipping for a 2LP), but yea... it's not the album I ordered. Six days without responding to my email is rather annoying too.
-
They will cancel it although I'm not sure what the time cutoff really is..
Heh, canceled today. Oh well, glad to have gotten the other two.

99.9% of the people on this board will have no idea who Dimmu Borgir is.
Really? I swear every kid I knew back in high school that even remotely knew what metal was listened to Dimmu. That said, I can offer you no help OP. Sorry.
-
So if it goes passed the "5-10 days" shipping, what then? Are they going to cancel the order or just... do nothing? I made the order at the end of October and got two of the three LPs right away. Just waiting on the back-ordered one yet.

Seems to be a lot of support for The Mylene Sheath here, so maybe I'm just being too impatient. But weren't the CDs supposed to have shipped almost a month ago? I ordered the CD/vinyl package for that reason (to get a CD copy early), but haven't heard/received anything yet. So I'm a bit bummed about that.
The preorder page said CDs would ship separate ("on or around Oct 21"), but then again the CDs are still listed as a preorder item in their store as of now.

...same. My parents live on main street and I went to KAHS.
-
Well, at least you guys make me feel better about my vinyl spending.
Also necroking... are you in Bethlehem, PA? Cause that's where I live.
-
Got my shipping notice too.
I hope more pop up. It keeps telling me my basket is empty
Says 3 in-stock right now.

Head's up, this is up again at amazon.co.uk
*ouch* $46 shipped. Not too bad, really, but hurts the wallet nonetheless. Favorite Massive Attack album though, so hopefully this goes through (says 'In stock on November 20, 2014'). Thank's for the head's-up.

Gone? Dammit. I've been watching out for a decently priced copy of this for months. Looks like it's available on amazon.de but I can't speak German very well and I believe it's telling me I can't have it shipped to US.

Was gonna grab the new Godflesh and the Pig Destroyer EP, but the site is running like a turd and I gave up trying to check-out. But I did a print screen for each page if anyone wants to just scan through.

Yea, I was on a few minutes ago and now nothing. Bummer. But probably a sign: You already spent too much this month!
Edit: The site works, but when I click LPs it crashes.

Angelic Process - Coma Waering
Boris w/ Merzbow - Sun Baked Snow Cave
Tim Hecker - Virgins
$72 shipped. So... not really that good a deal for three albums. The Angelic Process said "Ships in 5 - 10 days" a few days ago, but just now it said "In stock (2)". So the Boris is the only one that wasn't in stock.

Does Mylene ship stuff out without giving an email notification? I thought the CDs were shipping separate (I ordered the vinyl + CD package) but I haven't heard anything yet. I haven't listened to the stream yet since I want to play it on my stereo.
-
I listened to it again to see if I was just dead wrong.
Yep still don't like it.
So you like Panopticon but not Oceanic? Oceanic is my favorite, but it wasn't initially. Weight was the song that got me into Isis, but Panopticon was the album that got my hooked. By now I've overplayed most of their music and rarely listen to them, but my favorite album currently is definitely Oceanic.

Do you have Kind of Blue and Birth Of Cool by Miles Davis. Those are slow and moody. Crescent is a great record!
I do have Kind of Blue, but that's all I have from Miles. I'll check out Birth of Cool. Thanks!

It's not that big a deal. I've already opened/played it, so I'll keep it. But thanks. However I will go against what some others have said: I did notice a touch of noise during quieter sections of my copy, and there was visually noticeable 'grit' on the label itself. Granted all I did was use an ant-static brush, so a better cleaning should help.
Great album though. I reckon it's in my top 5 of 2014, maybe top 3 (too few listens to really judge).
