It gets better the more I listen. I don't think HIL can top Suck Out The Poison or It Hates You but it's still pretty good. I know I'm in the minority with Suck Out The Poison but that album is so fucking good. The guitar, the vocals, the drums... everything is awesome. It's my go to album at the gym.

I am with you on that 100%, Suck Out The Poison is such an underrated album. I like seeing old comments on reviews about how it's not that heavy of an album

I think I'm one of the few people who would put I Am Hollywood in last place to any of their other albums.

Just got an email with the download code for the album. I'm gonna listen on my way home today. Still no shipping notification on my Indiegogo order. I am seriously doubting that there will be any exclusive color vinyl for this.

According to Schuylar, the people who contributed to Indiegogo were suppose to receive their packages before its released to the public which is tomorrow...  I haven't received an email regarding anything from indiegogo, not even a download code. Also won't be holding my breath for exclusive color vinyl either.

  4. My local Goodwill does this awesome thing where if they feel like a record might fetch them more money they'll look up prices online. Had a copy of The Beatles  A Hard Days Night for like $40 one time. That plus the ungodly amount of goddamn gospel records they have here in Missouri turned me off of even searching through them anymore. (I have a feeling gospel records may be a common thing at every Goodwill ever)

We're really excited to finally announce that our fifth full length album, "few," will be released on Friday, April 28th, 2017. We are also extremely stoked to announce that we have teamed up with Spinefarm Records to release our new album. We spent a lot of time with this decision and feel they are the best team to help us reach our goal of getting this music out to the masses. Keep checking in for upcoming tour dates and teasers up through the release of the album. We'd like to personally thank everyone involved in our IndieGoGo campaign ‎and everyone who has expressed a continued interest in this band. You are the blood that keeps our heart beating. We couldn't have done this without you.

  6. So I had waited to listen to anything off Polar Similar until it was released and I got my download of the entire album. This is 100% Album of the Year for me. I've always loved Norma Jean. I really dug deep into them when Redeemer was released. Picked it up from Walmart and it sat in my cd player for about 6 months. Fast forward to Wrongdoers, man that album was to me one of the heaviest albums I've ever heard. (Not trying to overshadow Meridional, its a amazing album too) Wrongdoers just struck a chord with me and it still sticks with me. I never thought they could top that. Then the chaos that is Polar Similar was unleashed. I can't believe I ever thought that they couldn't outdo Wrongdoers. I know, I'm an idiot. They not only outdid it, they complete took it to a new level but still stayed true to the Norma Jean sound. From Cory's hellish screams to his angelic singing, to the riffs and guitar tone, the driving bass, and the pounding drum patterns. This album has skyrocketed to the top of my all time favorite album. I haven't stopped listening to it yet, don't know if I ever will. Good job boys, another killer album. Sorry for the long post :D
