Did anyone else have an order not actually go through? I got a Rise Above receipt but it did not charge my card. Finally heard from Rise Above last week that my order is no good even though I have the Rise Above receipt. I was early on the drop and got a silver and clear. Supposedly 50 plus orders did not actually go through. Check your credit card receipts.

So uhh, did anyone else keep pulling another person's information at checkout? Couldn't tell you how many times that happened. What a fucking botched checkout system.

Yep, and also I have a Rise Above receipt but I can't tell if Sagepay actually accepted payment. This seems like it will be a mess.

So the US Black variant is 120 gram? Are they proud of this ? It seems like a good weight for a 7". I am wondering if the boxset is going to be available only in Europe?

WOW! I just got a shipment notification from Accoustic Sounds. This seemed like a long shot but they came through.

Speaking of warped records, I bought a vinyl flat a couple weeks ago and so far it works great. I put the worst warped records I have on it and so far I'm very happy with the results. I have one of these split colors on order and if it shows up warped I'll just cook it a little, not worried. However it does suck to get a warped record in the mail.

Got Whats Next To The Moon. Also could not remove a second copy from my cart. Bullmoose fixed and immediately refunded for one. Its a good day.

 So far I have not received this email so maybe thats a good sign. So 1,000 are going to Europe / UK and 500 to the US. It seems with all the pre orders in the US not many will hit stores.

I bought Unplugged through ccmusic a couple months ago for around 30 along with some other Kiss titles. They all sound good and i will likely pick up a few more but I would not pay full retail if you don't have to.

Has anyone played theirs yet? I played mine yesterday and I think my side C is messed up, it won't play unless I put the needle right on where the track starts or else it just keeps circling outside. Thinking about emailing them.

Side C plays okay for me. I am familiar with the issue you have though. I have seen this often in particular with URP and many of my Vault 7 " Inches.

Also the DVD here is excellent quality. Very happy with this package.

Looks like Death Waltz are done with subscriptions.. The takeover by Mondo is already off to a bad start.

Yeah, actually starting to seem like a perfect match. I receive almost as many damaged records from Mondo as I did Death Waltz. Sadly I'm getting used to it.

Sort of glad this sale is still going although I think I placed my last order yesterday. As far as back orders are concerned I received one last weekend and one this past Friday both imports BTW, so I can confirm they are filing back orders.

Did anyone get the Electric Wizard Black Masses Die Hard boxset that Rise Above put up for sale along with these new releases?

Received The Beatles Mono Boxset from CCmusic yesterday and it's worth every penny.

Just received my copy from the USPS. I feared the worst when I saw the bent up and dented package from Newbury, and confirmed, HUGE seam split, and a couple of creases and dents in the corner of the gatefold.

 

I've never used Newbury Comics customer service. Are they usually easy to work with? Do they hold back copies for replacement? Hoping to exchange for a new copy, or if not, get a partial refund. This is not acceptable for the shping fees they charge, you'd think they'd actually ship in a more sturdy vinyl friendly package.

Good customer service. I had the same issue with mine. No replacements available for me.
