I think the user meant get stuff discounted during certain promotions (like spend $40 to get 10% off) or whatever. I accidentally took advantage of it on my last order placed with them because the movie I ordered won't be shipping anytime soon, but I was able to qualify for their last promotion AND free shipping because of that item, ha.

I bought it the moment it went up for sale on their website and can confirm, It sounds awful. One of the worst records I own, ha. It's cool for collecting purposes I guess, but definitely not for the sound.

It was in stock earlier (the first time I've noticed for this volume since having it in my wish list).
All the volumes typically go in and out of stock every so often, so never pay the reseller fees you may see on eBay or Discogs. Just keep an eye on all the listings and you will eventually get lucky with it. I missed so many restocks for volume 3 in the past, ha. -
I've been keeping an eye out for this and there's finally a listing for it if anyone is interested.

Awesome, thanks for the responses! I just contacted them asking if it was possible for an exchange, so we'll see what happens! Either way, I'd definitely buy from them again since my giant order consisting of both vinyl and PC accessories arrived perfectly!

Did you get an email shipping notification by any chance? I just checked my Paypal and I ordered it on Nov. 11.
I did get an email notification on March 18th with a FedEx tracking number, and I placed my order on November 30th according to my account details.

Dang, I haven't gotten any notifications yet. Seems like forever since I ordered this.
I ordered the Uncharted one, along with pretty much everything else on their website that was available back on Thanksgiving weekend and finally received everything on Friday. The Uncharted collection is gorgeous and is housed in a nice sturdy slip case with great art complimenting each soundtrack. Definitely worth the wait!
I still haven't listened the the Rare soundtracks from iam8bit, but again, I love the artwork for those as well!

I've had a sudden and unexpected turn of really, really bad luck, and it's left me in an unfortunate position of needing far more money than I have at my immediate disposal. That being said (and I'll post this in the sell thread soon as I sort it all out), if there is anything in the below picture people are interested in, please let me know. I'd go a good chunk below ebay for you guys here. A few I've promised away already, Shatter, Mega Man II, Zelda, humble bundle, but everything else I'll be at reasonable prices on. I'll see you around I guess.
I'm new to collecting and have only posted a couple times on other forums, but it always stinks when stuff like this happens. I've been in a similar position with my gaming collection and I hope everything ends up working out for you! It may be tough now, but you just gotta' keep your head up through the whole thing.
The poster before me has the same taste, but if it's still available in the end, I'd love to have to add The Piano Collections (I ALMOST kickstarted this), Killzone and Wolfenstein to my collection.
Again though, good luck with everything.

Does anyone have any tips on where to get these for a poor Canadian collector? I had been pre-ordering and buying them on Amazon.ca with great results but now they don't seem to be available through them anymore, and I love Hot Topic I really do but I can't afford their international shipping rates at the best of times and with the Canadian dollar down so low it's really tough to buy from the U.S. and of course the prices on eBay are insane so that's not really an option either. I really want to keep my collection going but it's not looking good for me right now
I'm not sure if this will help you, but I've gotten extremely lucky buying through soundcitybeaches on eBay. I must have bought at least five or six of my picture discs through them paying less than I would at Hot Topic. And they're shipped to you with great protection! The zines aren't too bad, and they typically fit in with the vinyl as well, keeping everything intact which I love. But from the few I have, they provide good information, and some background on songs, album, artist, etc. They actually have the first few pages of some on their website if you want to check them out.
