Vinyl is sold out. That was quick. I grabbed two - if my friend doesn't want the extra, I'll have one up for grabs.
-
Ooooh - he lowered it to $229.99! Get on that!
-
They did go fast. Subscribers were buying since 9am. I'm guess about 500 copies.
Everybody was buying since 9am. Waxwork doesn't have a system in place for only subscribers to get them during the 'early bird' notification. If anyone was on the site at that time, they could buy - they just wouldn't get the discount.
I see a lot of subscribers complaining about that on FB, so Waxwork will have it's hands full with that moving forward. People are already rioting and grabbing pitchforks because Goosebumps and Krampus haven't shipped yet.

Some of the 3D variants have already sold on Ebay for $125. Crazy.
-
There appears to be thousands of each, as well.
I think they've changed their system so you can't tell how many are left of each when you add to your cart. I would have to guess that the 3D is definitely limited to a somewhat low number, especially for that price. I'll spring for one, especially with the subscriber discount.

It seems only the red/blue variant will have the lenticular cover.
I'm wondering if this will be the more limited variant because of that. I was on the fence on which one to get, but I have to go with the 3D cover version now.

I think I like the hockey mask variant better. I get the whole '3D Glasses' version, but it's just kind of 'meh' to me and I don't like the 'eyeball' centers.

Thoughts on the '3D Glasses' Friday The 13th Part III variant from Waxwork that's coming out this Friday?

Damn - got shipping info for You're Next already.
-
Only 3 of the Deluxe version are left on the site.
-
The color design of the vinyl with the cover art is great. Alex Pardee is the man.
-
Anyone know if they charge for the pre-order right away?

You're Next up for sale Wednesday 12:00 CST
I have a feeling these are going to go fairly quick. Worth it for that cover art alone…..

Yeah - it was weird how much the Fright Night soundtrack flew under the radar considering (good music or not) the fan base the movie and soundtrack have.
Would have loved to see what Waxwork could have done with it - but I sprung for the GID variant and will hope for the best from an unknown and unproven label.
-
For the horror fans - the Fright Night soundtrack has been reissued on a few different variants, including a glow-in-the-dark version limited to 200 copies:
-
Take this for what it's worth, but when you add to cart it says that the maximum amount allowed is 10,000.
Waiting for an Amazon link…...
-
Not sure if this has been posted or not, but signed posters are up for the LA show for $20. Doubt they'll last long.

This is an immediate purchase. Don't even care that it's limited - just glad it got a re-release.
