  1. I am in need of the Portugal. The Man - Devil Say I, I Say Air EP promo CD. I see it pop up on ebay randomly, but I usually end up forgetting to bid or something. Anyone know any sites to browse to look for this, or maybe have a copy they could sell/trade?
  2. That's what I thought it looked like. Edit: Do you still have the clean image?
  3. I like to be jealous of other people's set ups, so let's post them.
  4. V0 is good too, but I only like V2 a bit more since it has a better size/quality ratio and right now I have low HDD space.
  5. Which I do, but as I said this EP is only available if you see him on tour and with me being sick I didn't know if I'd be able to go. I am going to make an effort to make it over there on Thursday.
  6. Well I know a lot and do a lot of encoding and ripping audio into lossy and lossless formats. I will never buy from itunes since I don't like AAC, and eMusic uses a really low preset (V4) so I won't buy from them. I think I'll stick to only buying CDs and Vinyl. Though there are some random good digital only releases (PTM - Devil Say I...), but maybe I'll be lucky enough to come across the promo cds for them. The only reason I used SNOCAP was because it is the only place this was available , and they take paypal.
  7. So I just bought my first digital release, the E For Explosion EP off snocap. I paid $6.93 for 7 songs that are very very poorly encoded, and not even tagged well. If I pay for a release I want atleast Lame 3.97 encodes with the V2 command line, not crappy out dated FhG 192kbps CBR. Also have the tracks are 44.1khz, and the other are 48khz. Well hopefully I feel well enough on Thursday to make it to the show in Kent to pick up a physical copy of this EP. Never again will I tread the waters of digital releases.
  8. just got offered it by one of my distros and so yes, I will be getting in some. I think my price will be a buck or two more than interpunks though, unfortunately. I just don't have the buying power they do. Who is putting out the TREOS record? I will try to hunt it down. Triple Crown I believe. And I am willing to pay the extra few bucks for properly shipped vinyl .
  9. Well my TEN and Movielife finally came today. They indeed come in a box way too big for LPs, but luckily they look ok. The plastic on the TEN was rip a little, but that had to have been from packaging or sorting, not from shipping.
  10. I want to preorder this, but not really from Interpunk. Also the same with the new TREOS. I have a feeling both will sell out fast if I sleep on them though :/
  11. I had an account a few years ago, but since lost it since I didn't use it. So I recently set up a new one. http://www.last.fm/user/Poopdabutt/
  12. I am getting excited to see what these look like, since projected ship date is coming up fast.
  13. Right when I write or throw, but left for anything else. I also use my left foot for everything, like soccer or skateboarding.
  14. That sucks, I ordered the NFG self-titled pic disc from them and still haven't received it. Hopefully it's not destroyed by the time it gets here. Yeah, I got TEN and The Movielife. I hope mine are ok too, or there'll be hell to pay... maybe.
  15. My mail has been disappointing for a few weeks. I have been waiting like 2 weeks now for my stuff from Drive-Thru, and yesterday they finally email me saying it got shipped. Good to see my $12 for shipping made it go faster, and if they were out of stock they need to say so on their site.
  16. I haven't been there at all this year, because of how my "sickness" affects me throughout the day. I really like going in October too, lines are shorter and great stuff to do.
  17. the 2nd is just the first re recorded. A few different tracks
  18. They tech have 3 albums too, wonder why they didn't press the first?
  19. Hmm, I may still be interested if it is not too bad and if you are willing to let it go for a bit less due to that.

  21. Oh just indie stuff eh? I was going to say I could go up to the thrift store and get you probably 100 different old christmas records.
  22. "Brand New's next single, "Millstone," has gone to radio in the United Kingdom. The song will be pressed on both CD and limited, seven-inch, picture disc vinyl this December. The track is taken from the quartet's latest, The Devil and God are Raging Inside Me, which is available now via Interscope Records." absolutepunk.net Too bad it will probably be UK only again. Oh well, I'll still pick it up.
