My last order showed up with a bunch of corner dings. Whomever packed it didn't even put the records in the bubblewrap bag just placed the records between the bubblewrap and some paper so they were all moving around in the box.

They finally got back to me. Apparently they didn't get an order confirmation through paypal so they never sent my order. They're going to send it asap.

I ordered on the first day and still haven't received my records. I emailed them on Friday and still haven't heard back from them. Pretty shitty guest service so far.

Still waiting and I ordered on the first day. If it doesn't come by Monday, I guess I'll have to contact them.

i agree with you first class international is great and i have shipped many records over seas without a single problem. but companies want there product protected. i understand Agreed. I can see both sides of the argument, especially if the products are expensive. For me, I have no problem shipping out items first class that are 20-$50.

I've sent out about 100 packages using first class international in the past year and only one was lost in the mail. Losing a package here and there is worth all the extra customers businesses get by providing cheap shipping.

I found some good stuff last night but couldn't pull the trigger either. If the Soundgarden LP's weren't sold out I would've.

I paid $300 for a test pressing once, that's the highest I'll ever go. It was expensive but seeing that they're my favorite band and only 5 copies exist, it was worth it.
