I've been waiting for this album to be pressed on vinyl for ages. Even asked their label and them personally on social media long time ago. Finally happened, with the only issue being it's incredibly expensive. Total cost in europe ends up being around 70€ with shipping. Isn't that an outrageous price? I've waited for a couple months and still no price drop, no idea why. Don't know if I should just do it and pay that insane amount... But it doesn't seem right to me.

Glad I own the original green vinyl from 2007! Not that it will sound better than the reissue anyways... But it's cool to have.

I find it hard to believe that those /300 are still up for preorder in the indiemerch store. However I sent an email some hours after my preorder was placed, told them my concerns about it and they assured me a copy has been reserved for me. Will cross my fingers...

This one must be the one Amazon lists as "opaque brown/opaque yellow" right? EDIT: Nevermind just saw a picture of the opaque brown/opaque yellow version and its fugly! Jeez, cancelling right now. Would much rather get a black vinyl than that thing.

Well even tho he says in his apology that he's not promoting anything, I think he already has some plans for new music. I'm not looking forward to it tho, I don't expect it to be any good. His last album was pretty meh and a bit generic sounding imo. Even tho many people claim it to be their best album yet... Just give us the vinyl already Tim, this will be a long month of waiting

I guess I wasn't so clear. I'm gonna play the shit out of it, like I do with all my records, but I hang my favourite ones on the wall with some stands with easy access. Not my photo, but it's just like this:

Oh my god I am freaking out. It may sound stupid but this is my dream come true. The vinyl for Frail Words Collapse has been in my Discogs wishlist forever. I was just about to win a 100€ auction for it TODAY. And I found out about the reissue right now. Dodged a bullet right there, holy shit. Hopefully it will be a good reissue, gonna hang it in my wall next to my "An Ocean Between Us" transparent green vinyl. I can't wait!! Paying 50% more just to get it shipped from USA to Spain. Worth it.

So how does the vinyl for DD sound compared to the CD? I mean I dont expect it to sound awesome since the original recording wasn't really great, but I'm not really sure I want to pay 20 bucks for a cover art (because if the sound is the same as the CD why would I bother playing the vinyl). Also I'll be getting the normal black version instead of the pink Hot Topic one because paying 40€ for shipping from USA to Spain is not in my plans. Thanks.
