The first anime movie I saw was Ninja Scroll.

The only time I got to see No Knife was back in 2002 at Black Cat in DC. They played with Cursive and Minus the Bear, and Cursive was touring for The Ugly Organ. Good show! Otherwise, I also love The Knife. Karin Andersson is great.

I found some of the best places to eat on Front Street, downtown Honolulu. Ba Le and Front St. Cafe were great. The Ba Le in Philly has yet to compare in terms of bahn mi sandwiches. L&L is great for a plate. The one in Kaneohe was always packed!

I don't have anything new, per se, but I have tons of old VHS tapes from Animeigo and others. Bubblegum Crisis, Dirty Pair, etc. The old stuff is great. Just watched Perfect Blue last week. Trying to find a copy of Blue Seed that's somewhat affordable.
