A friend of mine managed to buy one for like, $30 within the past year or so. They do fly under the radar every now and then. How often do the clear copies ever show up? I've only ever seen one.

He only has a picture of the clear. The description is for black.

I was able to get one of the box sets by waiting in line at Luna in Indianapolis starting at 12:01 (7 hours and 59 min. in line at 38-41 degrees for most of the night).  However, I could see two copies through the window and was more than happy to wait in line for 8 hours to get Motorcade on vinyl (along with the rest -- but Motorcade is in my top 10 of all time).

 

I got the set... but there is a huge rough spot on Motorcade in Haze of Love as shown in this 5 second clip:

I've reached out to the band, the management co, the record manufacturer, etc. with no response.

 

So the minute the email came out, I ordered another one (2:41 pm EST yesterday).  I'm on backorder hold.  That's right -- people who ordered after me have shipping notifications.  I was at my desk when the email arrived and ordered immediately, and I'm on hold.

I guess the only thing to do is take sandpaper to the rough spot and see if I can smooth it out...

 

This has been a really frustrating process of highs and lows, that I hope ends somehow with a clean copy of Motorcade in my collection!

That's what time myself and most of the people here got our orders in. That's 11:14 EST. I don't think people who ordered after you are in any better position with their order status than you are. I hope you can get the Motorcade issue resolved though. Also interested to see how the sandpaper works out.

Awesome that you got to go! I'm so jealous because I couldn't make it to Austin on Tuesday when they were there and I really wanted to get that "Simple Math" press and "Cope".  Saw B&C once with Circa and hated it too. It was plain awful. 

The one time I did see them it was great. Must've been a freak incident,  because I've never heard anyone else who liked them live.

I really wanted to go. I've seen them all, but I know I'm missing out big time this time around. I wish these bands would put Bakersfield as a permanent in-between stop on the west coast. There's a lot of miles  between So-Cal and Nor-Cal. Central Cali is here too damn it!

Are you freaking kidding me? Pinkman version canceled in my account page. I ordered as soon as they were put up. They'll be getting an email from me. I would hope they fulfilled them in the order they received them.
