I just called (10 minutes ago) about my "Auto-checked" status and was told it was "in the warehouse" and would go out Monday. Kinda irritated cause I placed my order Thursday morning and people who placed orders after mine (including the Thrice record) were getting shipment notices. Oh well, guess that's how it goes. Yeah, that's definitely irritating. But at least it's still going out. And after calling CS, that were super helpful and are issuing me the $15 credit. Thanks dudes.

So bummed. I ordered TAITA, Silent Circus, and then added the Beyond Magnetic CD just to get to $30 to use the coupon code. I applied the code and the discount showed up, and then when I got my shipping confirmation email, the discount was nowhere to be found. I emailed customer service, but I'm not expecting to get that $15 back. :-/

Exactly the same thing here. And it took three server errors through Chrome, IE, and Firefox to really make me paranoid before Safari finally worked. Thank God.

There was still hope then. I just powered through another 45 min nap and still nothing. And I only have 6 minutes left of The Sacko Bowl. I really hoped I was going to be able to go to sleep before finishing all of season 2.
