I called Double Decker and they had all 3 releases (both special edition LP's and the 7") in stock but they don't do mailorder. I called Siren and they had all 3 and they do mailorder. I already ordered the Narcolepsy LP from the band, so I ordered the other 2 from Siren. Sweet!

It looks like the band posted the extra copies of Narcolepsy in their webstore, but no Marching Band (maybe there weren't any extras or maybe they're going somewhere else):
