Hey guys, so some things came up and I've been helping a friend the last day and will be helping him today and possibly tomorrorw. So the jackets got delayed a bit. The allister ones are being finished tonight and the rest I'm going to try to have finished and mailed out by saturday. I'll post picutres tonight of the Allister ones though.

I hate that when I finally decided to get around to doing this is the time it happens to stop working haha

still no mention of how much a one off jacket would cost?

Basically about $20ppd for an LP jacket. For just the front printed, for the back printed too it would be a little more. Also depends on if you want colors, as opposed to just black. Which is why I've been saying to PM me because its more case by case than just a set price, so shoot me a PM if you've got some questions and I can give you a more accurate price.

 

Got this new emulsion yesterday that I've never used before so I'm doing some testing with it before I do the allister test jackets, I wanna make sure everything is 100% before I start printing them.

i am down as  shit for that.

 

i was gonna maybe do the cat logo for young states too.

Got my shipping notice today. I'm so excited to get this in, I've heard nothing but amazing things and all the previews sound great.

This weekend, the first jackets being printed are Allister-Last Stop Suburbia. If you're interested in getting one of these, shoot me a pm and you can paypal me to print you one this weekend.. There are a lot of covers people are asking about but nothing will be printed until its paid for so for now the Allister one is the only one being done this weekend. I'll keep posting if more people put orders through though!

Oh jeez. Haha. Also I might be willing to work out some trade deals as well, if you're going to be getting a handful of things printed. Since I sold off most of my personal collection when I moved I'm slowly trying to rebuild it.

Ok so scratch what I said earlier, I'll be accepting one-offs haha. Enough people seem to want them so I'll try it out and see how well it goes.

 

However if you have a few one-offs you'd like done at the same time, I'd be able to give you a better deal than if you only want one.

Finally got around to buying my own set up. I can do 1-4 colors for anything you're looking for. I've been screenprinting for a couple years, just finally got around to getting my own set up. Contact me for pricing, not looking to make a fortune, just want to have some fun, print some cool stuff and save up some money to put out more releases.

 

I'm not really trying to do one-off prints right now though, just not cost effective for me at this point and I would have to charge more than what I would want to.

So, we were supposed to get 12+ releases and two subscriber only 7"'s and ended up with 11 releases (9 of which were 7"'s).

Yeah I ran across the page for it and re-read that part and was even more bummed. No final release, no downloads, no test presses, no communication after that last package was sent. Plus since they were almost all 7"s(which I probably wouldn't have even gone for this had I known that I would only get 2 LP's) the cost of what we got was not really what we paid for.

 

 

Worst f'ing label. Been working for months to get an item. It was repeatedly being sent. Then there was a personal issue (Which I was understanding of), then the asshole just disappeared and won't respond. 

 

Fair Warning: Send this label your money and you are doing nothing more than gambling. 

 

 

Now - I'll gladly be proven wrong but after months of bullshit the criticism is fair and reading this thread I realize I've had it easy in comparison. 

 

I wouldn't say the worst. MTS is still sitting pretty high on that throne. Actually before this sub I never had a bad experience with them. Which is what really sucks, and just the fact there's no communication even when you send emails. 

 

Well hellfish was handling their orders but then that stopped and they switched to using a different store, I just went to look at their store now and it says "new store/partnership coming soon". So I don't know if they are having a lot of issues with who's sending out what or anything but hell even if they just came out and said " hey we fucked up, there isn't anymore coming for the sub" at least it'd put a nail in the coffin and put it to rest.

Still hoping to maybe get the rest of this subscription. But its not looking to bright.

Probably wont pick this up since Empty Glass isn't on it. I want to hear a new full length now but it doesn't seem like that's happening anytime soon :/

Am I the only one that gets frustrated that B9 keeps pressing info a secret. I'd like to know if I'm gonna spend 8-9 bucks after shipping for a 7" that at least it's the rarest one. Am I being a baby or does this bother anyone else?

It bothers me too. At least say which one is the rarest ( i don't need to know the actual amounts necessarily). On one hand I'm sure alot more of them move faster since no one knows and a lot of people will pick up all of them, thus selling a lot more sooner. But I can also see it from the point that at least this way people can't buy up the rarest one(s) right away and then flip all of them. Just my two cents
