New member here.

 

By way of introduction I've been lurking on this message board for a while now but thought I'd try and make a small contribution... I'm from the UK, so as you can imagine at times shipping is a real killer!!

 

I primarily listen to hardcore, d- beat, powerviolence, etc so I tend to focus mainly on the hardcore thread on the message board (that'll be where I imagine that I'll be contributing the most).

 

But life would be dull if that was all you listened to so I do listen to other styles, e.g doom, doom metal, sludge,  experimental metal, psych,  think Acid Mammoth,  Iron Monkey,  The Body,  Witchthroat Serpent, Author & Punisher,  or power electronics/ noise like Pharmakon, Puce Mary, Winterkalte,  Greyhound, or NY noise rock like Couch Slut, Uniform,  etc. 

 

I try not to get bogged down in genres... music essentially boils down to whether it is good... or bad!!
