  1. TW is self releasing a new record this year vis Kickstarter. It has been up for a few days and was funded in the first 7 hours. Album will be released digitally in April with the vinyl expected in July. Vinyl option is $25 180g. Here is the link: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/twwalsh/tw-walsh-terrible-freedom

    From the page:

    "About this project

I'm making an album about fear and liberation. It's almost done.

As an experiment, I've decided to self-release it. Digital will be released at the end of this preorder campaign, and the vinyl will ship about three months later. Shortly after the campaign, the album will be available on Spotify, Apple Music, Bandcamp and other modern music services."

This was from me. In hindsight, i did not leave any clues, a faux pas on my part.  However, I am glad you enjoyed it. It was fun putting it together.  I also  picked up one of the MDB split 7"s, but then saw that you got the box set. If not, i can send it along. Also, check the half-title of Wild Things - it should be signed by Dave Eggers i believe. A furry book, nothing creepy about that. Real Gone is one of my favorite Tom Waits' records. A must for all. Agreed, a lot of newer rockabilly can be hit or miss, but the 1st JD McPherson record is great. Happy New Year and all the best to kith and kin!

Thank you so much. I enjoyed everything. Just noticed the signature on Wild Things.  Thanks!

I opened this this on Christmas, but have been pretty lazy. Sorry for the delay in posting the picture. Here is what was inside:

Tom Waits - Real Gone one I didn't have on vinyl and have always wanted to pick up. Thanks!

Dave Eggers - Wild Things. I have the standard edition, but not the furry one. I think it is awesome, but my wife thinks it is creepy.

This is a care package comp - I love MBD and did not know this existed.

JD McPherson - Bossy 45. Rockabilly isn't my favorite genre, but I really do like this. Plus the Nick Lowe cover is good.

The Good Life flexi. I didn't have this. Thanks!

    Planet Express sticker is awesome.

The mixes are great. I love the case and stickers.

This SS package was awesome. Thanks santa! My best guess has to be @llamaface

San Antonio finally has a brewery that is doing NE style IPAs and I couldn't be more excited! Best part is I work right around the corner from them. :)  Other than that, I pretty much go to Jester King for every release. Started trading a few Months ago so our collection is at about 200 different beers, but have been slowing down because it's freaking expensive and I have a wedding coming up in less than 3 months so I kinda need that money right now.  haha   Beer and records drain the bank account faster than anything, but if anyone has any interest in Texas beers, I could probably help out.  Will definitely get back into the game a lot more after March.

I would love to trade for some Jester King. I live in CO and can get anything from around here.

  5. My name is Sean. I'm 30 and live in Estes Park, CO with my wife, 3 year old daughter, 6 month old son, and dog Lola. I love it here and am always outside hiking or back country skiing. I have Denver Broncos season tickets. Beer is my drink of choice. I am spoiled by all the breweries around here. I also brew my own. Whisky and Gin are a close second to beer too.

As far as music goes, my tradelist should give you a pretty good idea. I'm open to pretty much anything.

My shirt size is L and I do enjoy reading Dave Eggers.

Sounds like me yesterday. I own a hotel, and a guest shat all over the carpet in their room and didn't tells us. There was a trail of poo from the bed to the bathroom. I spent the day carpet cleaning. I still smell poo
