Same here, problem is I have items closing on eBay and I'm getting paid into a negative balance right now....

Got the chargeback today, luckily I drained the account. Sent Chris and email this morning and requesting to get $120 via WU. He offered through PayPal the other night but I don't feel like going through this again in 3 months. I have stuff ending on eBay this weekend, so needless to say if I eat that $120 I'm just going to push my evidence folder to Fairfax County and let them deal with it.

I received an email from him recently, unfortunately since PayPal gave me $100 I have to wait 8-10 days to see how they handle the dispute with the CC and go from there, pain in the keister but glad to see he is working with you all

Just got my $100 back from PayPal, submitted his new information to PayPal and he has been placed on the watch list.

 

If this $100 in my paypal comes back.....this will escalate to a class 6 real quick!

Sent the list of records, $$ amount, and usernames to Chris and his father. Just shoot them an email and request your records back. (+ paypal chargeback fee of $15.

Spoke with his father in the process of getting the situation sorted out, the easiest way is to contact Chris at his [email protected] e-mail and cc: [email protected].

 

I will be trying this out momentarily, his father is more than willing to help Chris send back the records (which is better than no record and no money.) Chris does not live with his parents anymore but returned after lunch to grab some things (hopefully mailing.) 

 

Update: Email sent.....requested the record + $15 to counteract the chargeback fee. I recommend you do the same too
