I have an appointment Friday at the Richmond Convention with Chaz Otto. Stoked for it.

Gonna see them on Tuesday. Definitely gonna pick that up.

Mine also arrived! I haven't opened it yet as it arrived at my in-laws since we are in the processing of moving. I plan to pick it up today or tomorrow. 

 

I am sad to report that it was leaking. I expect that isn't by design. I'll know more once I open it. 

 

Really hope it wasnt one of those album leaks I keep hearing about. Heard bands/labels hate those.

The Chariot - Wars and Rumors of War is all I want.

Tried listening to this today and I couldn't make it through more than 3 songs. It's so over produced the singer doesn't even sound like the same guy any more. I used to really like them too

I am two quest steps from Touch of Malice. Can not wait. That thing is insane on the last two bosses of the raid.

Oryx has been defeated. That raid is awesome. Got boots, hand cannon and machine gun.

Me: Im 22 and live in the middle of no where Virginia

 

Music: Favorite bands are Turnover and Down to Nothing. I have an almost complete Turnover collection sans a few of the Tests. Really into anything in the vein of those bands. Recently been listening to Knuckle Puck, Better Off, The Front Bottoms. 

 

Games: Love playing Xbox One. Favorite game at the moment is Destiny. Seriously ashamed of the amount of time Ive put into this game. Also into Halo, Borderlands (Yet to grab the Handsome Collection).

 

TV/Movies: South Park, Always Sunny, The League, Star Wars. You get the gist.

 

Other stuff: Really like traditional tattoos and flash. Cold brew coffee is my favorite thing at the moment. That is pretty much it about me. Will update this if I think of anything else.

290 on my hunter. Stoked to try the raid. First team to beat it took 6.5 hours.

Still so torn on what class to start with first when I get home tonight...I have all day at work to decide lol. 

 

Anyone seen/played with the new hunter subclass yet? It's the most intriguing but when I primarily play for crucible, not sure the super is going hook me enough. The warlock seems awesome but I'm imagining it will take over as most played. Titan super seems cool but just not sure how unique it would feel versus gunslinger.

Been playing crucible most of the morning. Hunter super is good. If you get caught in the void web you cant move. Like the wizard poisin clouds.

Wow that's crazy. I am not really in any hurry since I don't want to burn through everything to quickly. Is that the level 41 one?

Nightfall is level 42 i believe. The heroic strike playlist is 41.

Played for a hour before work this morning and like it so far. The first mission was awesome. There were a bunch of level 40's already. I managed to make it to 36 in a short time of fooling around.

 

Yea if you had bounties saved it got you to 40 almost immediately. It'll be getting to a light level that lets you run nightfall that will be tough.

Nah. I "prepared" to much before the other DLCs. Going into this to have fun. Gonna take my time through the story and quests and not try to rush to 40.

Mayhem is just a ton of fun.

So the PS strikes got added to the legacy playlist. Undying Mind is a lot of fun. So many orbs. I'm just excited to try and get hawkmoon. That gun looks like everything I want.

To summarize:

Levels are now calculated differently, there are 2 new Crucible gametypes, and every gun or grenade you loved in PVP now sucks.

Titan grenades untouched. Also You Ahamkara Spine for hunter now gives two tripmines and the last longer than before.

Pretty sure today is the last day for basically all year 1 stuff.
