Don't be offended if I turn them down, as I haven't really made up my mind as to whether or not I want to get rid of these.
  5. I'm waiting on something from him too. Ordered a bunch of stuff from a ton of people on the 7th-8th and have received stuff from everyone, except him. But it's only been a week, so I haven't been too worried yet.

  9. the deluxe edition wasn't number, but comes as a book that's about an inch thick of photos. they're printed on like a water color paper, and printed super dark, so you can't really tell what some of them are. but overall it's super nice. they were only available in stores the week before the normal version was available and sold out everywhere basically that first day.
  10. So I guess I feel the need to post here, as I'm 1/2 of the transactions that are causing this thread. I never once claimed that I was being ripped off. And I'm certainly not a "n00b" as someone has so eloquently put it. I may be new to this particular board, but I've been involved with music for a while, and collecting music for even longer. I've been working at labels and management company for more than 5 years now. I grew up in the Lehigh Valley and Philly areas. When I first moved to Los Angeles almost a year ago, I sold off everything I owned, and I moved here with two small suitcases. Spent a few months crashing couches. I finally somehow landed on my feet, found myself at a good job that pays well, and took care of paying off a bunch of bills. I'm trying to build up my music collections now, and I'm trying to complete these Jazz June and Joshua Fit For Battle collections, as they're from the area I grew up and were influential to me, and basically why I'm doing what I'm doing today. Because these records mean something to me, I've been making some generous offers on some records, more than they're worth, because they mean a bit more to me than they probably do anyone else. I can afford to pay what I offer everyone. So again, I never claimed to be getting ripped off. I found a better deal on that one record, that guy can deal with it. I just don't appreciate people on some board elsewhere trying to brag to their online buddies about how they stole some kid's lunch money, when in reality, I gave it to you because I thought you were a good dude trying to help me out.

  14. So to everyone going to see the Gutter Twins on this tour.. please do me a favor and show up for the opening act. They're on the label I work for. We're a small indie and we could use all the support possible. Muchas gracias.
  15. again.. in a month, they'll have a store up. they've been working on it for a little while now.
  16. i talked to my friend at epitaph, and he's saying they'll have an online store in a month
  17. Damn.. I kinda know a bunch of people there (play poker with them sometimes), but I don't know them real well. But they all seem like solid dudes. Sucks that they can't ship orders correctly.
  18. like the spank rock song..... bump, bump bump bump.
  19. Sorry dude.. I checked the price of shipping and it's going to be $4.60 to Canada just for the 7". Unfortunately that being the only 7" we have, we don't have 7"boxes around so, after the weight of cardboard and bubble mailer, it's a bit high. As far as the From Bubblegum To Sky records go, they're not really my thing. They're super poppy, so they get a good response from radio type people. Judge for yourself: http://www.myspace.com/frombubblegumtosky
  20. I'm so sorry dude. The way this store is set up, even if you add more quantities on the product you need to select something else to make it Active again and not Sold Out anymore. Kind of dumb. Anyway, should be working now. Thanks a ton for your patience.
