I read somewhere that part of Commentators (first verse) is directed at the people who constantly bash Leah online. I've read some of the stuff people tweet at her and it's truly awful. It makes me sad, she's so lovely and I've always liked her.

Hey Justin, I was looking at the Banquet site and they said the UK pressing differs from the US/Canada one.. is the artwork and everything all the same? How are they different?

I bought the cd, vinyl (clear) and then the vinyl bundle (orange) in two separate orders, got them to combine them and refund me the shipping difference and I think in total I ended up only paying $20ish for shipping. Edit: I found my email.. cd/vinyl bundle was $22.21 to ship and the clear vinyl was $14.50 to ship. So, $36.71 total to ship my stuff from Montreal to Vancouver. Got my orders combined and they refunded me $16.81 plus tax back. But then with the two 7's I bought, the shipping cost me $10 but when I got it, it only said it cost about $3 to ship, which really pissed me off. Moral of the story is shipping costs in general are ridiculous.

I've paid roughly $160 for preorder stuff (and I'm not panicking)... so quit bitching.

Yup, that's true. Awesome of them for doing that. I'm glad they aren't just rushing to get them out. Maybe there were problems pressing them? I don't mind waiting a bit of extra time because DA records are always amazing. I got a 7"* recently and the packaging and even the record were not very nice. I compared it with the Covers 7" and the difference in quality was night and day. *should have noted that the 7" I got was not from DA but another label

Agreed. First listen I didn't really like Death's Song but then a few listens later it just kind of hit me how awesome it is. I think it was a great song to end the album with.

I'm finding that I'm only listening to certain songs and skipping the others. The Golden State is one of them.. I just can't get into it, which is funny because it's the most mellow and simple song on the record. I love Ladies and Gentlemen and Two Coins is pretty good (the last minute is the best part).

I caved and listened last night (sorry, Justin!). Pretty good. Different... almost heavier than previous stuff? Can't wait to get the vinyl. And yes, Nicole!!

Good! I always feel bad when artists I like have their albums leak. That said, I usually listen to the leaks but only because I know I'll be buying the album (in C&C's case, multiple times).
