That's an interesting way to look at it. If anything I would have thought it would have been putting a strain on JP's marriage and family. Joy's husband (and baby) were most always with her.

As with their first album, I feel the first half of the album is stronger than the last half.. but overall it's a great record. Sad it's most likely the last. Least favourite song is the French one, most favourite is all of the others. I really want to think they had an affair, just because I love them together... but I'm curious to know what others think.

Anyone listen to the album stream on iTunes yet? I'm listening now and it's killing me - it's so good.

YES!!! One orange and one clear! Finally, a C&C delivery that wasn't a total nightmare! =)

Mine is out for delivery! It wasn't supposed to arrive until Monday - oh, I'm excited.

Okay, thank you, THAT I understand. I emailed back and forth with them when I made both my orders and was sure to specify that I wanted one orange and one clear. They said to me "We just wanted to follow up with you regarding your order. We'll make sure you receive both coloured vinyl-s" so I'm really interested in seeing if I get one of each or two of the same colour. Sadly, mine won't arrive until Monday.

It doesn't explain why he got two orange though, especially when he had two different orders, for two different colours. He asked them to combine orders to save on shipping, so his order would have said one of each colour. I'm surprised they are asking him to send his other copy back. The store fucked up, they should let people keep what they got, send out the correct variant and have to eat the cost of everything. (I know that won't actually happen though)

Talking with a friend of mine who got two orange when he was supposed to get one orange/one clear and the email he got from the store said: "The first few limited copies sold were orange copies, and then the product was switched to clear when the orange ones sold out. That's probably when you ordered the clear. Then, some people let us know they accidentally ordered multiple copies, so they cancelled the duplicates. These duplicates went to the next people in line, as it were when we were shipping them out, so that's why you received two orange copies." Does that even make sense? They're asking him to send it back to them and they'll cover the shipping/exchange costs.

They shipped my Thirst 7" separate a few weeks ago...

I know, eh? Oh well.. I'm just glad they're out the door. Real shitty part is that I just know they aren't going to leave them with the security guard at my building (like they're supposed to do with packages) and I'll have to wait an extra day and go out of my way to go pick it up (again). But I guess I've already waited this long, what's another week.

Just got an email that my "vinyl-s" were shipped on Friday... says they won't be delivered until the 29th - boo.

I haven't got any type of email confirmation that mine has been shipped - awesome - but it'll probably show up at my door sometime this week. I'm just praying they got my order right and didn't send me two of the same colour.

Shit, seriously?! I ordered one of each and then emailed to make sure they were aware my orders were for one orange and one clear. The guy told me they were going to make sure everyone got the correct colours they ordered..

No way!? That's super lame. Not a Vancouver thing at all - sounds more like a drunk asshole thing. Vancouver crowds are seriously the worst. I've been to so many shows (not just C&C) and all people do is talk and smoke pot. I really wish they didn't serve alcohol at concerts because that's where all the problems start, then you get the guys who start yelling out "Dallas I wanna have your babies!" - so lame. Glad to hear the show was good though, I saw some videos on instagram.. but kind of glad I didn't go. Outdoor C&C shows are never as good as indoor ones. As a friend of mine said, it's like the wind carries away his voice.

That's so sad. They're such a great duo.
