I have it on my list as ltd to 250.. read that somewhere when it first came out

Pink Floyd - Pulse box set for $18 in the used section at my local shop. Passed because I was buying a bunch of other records. Came back to get it that Friday when I got paid and it was gone. Haven't seen it sub $200 since then.

For anyone wanting to pick this up in a brick and mortar store, delays at the pressing plant pushed the LP release date back to the 18th...

I hate cinderblock. Also I hate $60 for a 4xLP with a no frills gatefold packing. Apparently I am the opposite on most people when it comes to live albums however. I love them. Led Zeppelin - The Song Remains the Same is one of the best albums ever, as is Dire Straits - Alchemy, as is Pink Floyd - Pulse, as is The Band - The Last Waltz. The list could go on, but if you love a band, and they release a career spanning live album, and it is mastered well, you can't beat it. I wish I could hear some of the tracks off of this to decide. A band like Thrice that has been playing these songs for years is going to do them better live on a farewell tour than they were originally recorded. Especially the songs off of Identity Crisis and Illusion of Safety. Songs just naturally develop their own character over that much time. But $75 is still absurd.

huzzah! my luck this is gonna show up the same day as the 6 records i bought with that 40% off HT and my fiancée is gonna be the one who gets the mail.. then I'm gonna have some 'splaining to do.

I found a copy of this on red a few years back for like $8 and it's perfect. definitely a nostalgia purchase but not in anyway worth close to the prices they're going for on the internets. i would also nab a 3 Dolla Bill if i could get my grubby paws on it but again, not for the ebay price.

i really want this, but the repress fever in the vinyl world these days is teaching me patience..

I feel like it's almost a given that this will be repressed in the vein of YFW's 10-Year Anniversary edition. New artwork would be tragic, but I'm still tempted to offload mine before next year.

same here... i didn't sell my OP /100 YFW and i probably won't sell this one, but the amount of money people are willing to spend coupled with an imminent house purchase and wedding make it really hard.

If you check out the back to black website there are actually some decent albums coming soon.
