  1. YMAEWK will be posted later this month. The Ataris stuff will hopefully be posted at some point this summer. We just finished up albums of songs by Senses Fail and Say Anything. Those should pop up on the site this summer. Senses Fail posted about the release on their FB page and the response was overwhelming. Max was providing feedback for the entire creation of the Say Anything lullaby album. I'm really excited about that one.
  2. We have recently launched the new Sparrow Sleeps website, featuring all of our old releases, as well as lullaby albums featuring the music of Thrice, The Early November, Cartel, and MXPX. The artists on the new releases all approve and have said nice things about the releases. We are currently working with Say Anything and a bigger band from the 90s that many of you on here approve of for lullaby albums this Summer/Fall. We also have a bunch of lullaby "Singles" featuring songs from Drive-Thru bands, as well as some VC buzz bands. Oh, and we now offer custom lullabies. If you wanted to check it out, that would rule. www.SparrowSleeps.com
  3. Call it Vi-Vi-Vinyl And then blow up this picture and put it in your shop window.
  4. Cartel gave a Q&A on Absolute Punk and no one took the opportunity to ask the question that has been quoted a million times in this thread.
  5. And the state disagrees with everything Mike Pence is doing. Edit: I got drunk and tried to make a political statement last night.
  6. Just uploaded some snippets of songs from the Ataris lullaby album. We put a lot of dark songs on this release and are pretty pumped about the end result. We've decided on calling the album San Dimas Preschool Naptime Rules.
  7. Nope. It will all be available at SparrowSleeps.com, which won't be up until March. We will also be adding a ton of new stuff every month, and have our release schedule set through June.
  8. Just finished up an album of Thrice tunes. The album will be available on the day the site launches (March).
  9. I understand SR. As I stated, wasn't looking for trouble or trying to down any moderators here. Your explanation makes partial sense, as I can see how outsiders or even VC members using this thread as a way to find information and take that over to ETR's social media is something you want to avoid, but it's also one of those "you made the bed" situations. He's clearly doing a good job of cleaning up his pages and deleting comments. But if I flipped my rare releases for years on end, pressed more than I was supposed to, and then got caught doing so, especially after the significant amount of high-profile releases that ETR had, I would be bummed but I would not expect message board moderators to protect me from the internet. Just my two cents. Carry on everyone.
  10. And let me follow that up before I get yelled at with the fact that I have no qualms with any moderators on these boards, and I have no skin in this ETR game. I'm not trying to cause trouble, or instigate or anything. I saw the ETT thing on IG and was surprised it went unmentioned in here for as long as it did. Just saying, I don't get why the warnings, threats of locks, and aggressive comments from mods are even in here.
  11. When Juan unlocked the thread, he made a statement originally that insinuated that if you said something bad about Ross or posted anything bad on his social media, that you would potentially banned from here. When I talked to him about it, he re-worded it, but the overall lock of a thread that was full of prominent information regarding the actions of one of the larger "companies" in our little vinyl world doing something shady just seemed weird. And now Shitty Rambo is coming in here and defending Ross. Which I get it. He's a moderator too, and I haven't talked to him at all about this, and I see it as him trying to maintain the peace. But it just seems so weird the way the moderators actions and words tend to be all defense for Ross instead of just letting the rest of the people on the boards talk or bring forth new info. ETT001 seemed like a legit bump for this, and someone simply said they forgot about this thread and they loved it, and it immediately turned into Shitty Rambo getting defensive on Ross's account. I don't think this is a central location for people to attack his social media at all. Someone just brought information in here from his social media. Since when is that a crime?
  12. Everything is down for the time being. I took on a partner to help with web design, graphic design, physical product fulfillment, etc. The site has been coded and will launch in March with new albums, and we will be releasing the older albums over the course of March-June along with plenty of new albums. We've been in contact with a few bands that are really keen on the idea and are supportive of the project. Hint: Chromama and Infant Politics
  13. That seriously means the world to me, my friend. I am borderline crying. I've received a ton of great e-mails from new parents since I started the project, and every time that I hear that people are using them effectively, I smile.

  15. I meant the record. Asked if I could get it signed, they said nay.
