Looks like the deluxe edition has been scrapped: "note: there are now no plans for a limited deluxe edition of kveikur." http://www.sigur-ros.co.uk/kveikur/ although on Facebook they say " there will be an expanded LP however, with bonus 10". more info soon via our mailing list." I'm confused.

BTW - That store in Ann Arbor now says the vinyl will be $38 (with a list of $40). It sounds more like domestic distribution than a domestic pressing: https://www.facebook.com/undergroundsoundsmi
