And ill say it again (and until the day it happens) but if anyones discography needs a repress its John Frusciantes. I finally bit the bullet and forked out £120 for Shadows Collide... fuckin insane. But itd be nice if Record Collection sorted out represses of the 5/6 records he did with them.

Yeah, seriously. Luckily, there's only one of his LPs that I didn't buy when you could get them for ~$15. I would love to get Inside of Emptiness (the only one I don't have), but as for now, I haven't been willing to pay what they usually go for ($150-200). Someday...

Yeah, I totally agree with you ^. After John left the band again, I wasn't sure that I would follow them much anymore, but since Josh was his replacement, I had some hope. I was pretty impressed with their new one though, and am looking forward to what Josh can bring on their next album.

And I'm also hoping for another John solo album. Supposedly he has one in the works, but he's pretty quiet about all of it. I was hoping that with him leaving the band that his solo output would pick up again, and that I'd actually get to see him solo live. Maybe someday...

Yeah, I was a little disappointed with it being in a single sleeve, but it still looks pretty nicely done. And I could do without the 3D, but whatever. Happy to have it, it's a pretty sweet record.

John Frusciante (their guitar player for most of their popular albums) is one of my all-time favorite musicians. His solo stuff really, really good, in my opinion. That might be some of the reason why I have a soft spot for RHCP. I really like a lot of their stuff, but I can definitely see the bro aspect of some of it. Didn't care for this album as much though, because it was with Dave Navarro instead of JF, so I think I'll pass for that price.

Not to say that I'm a huge Best Buy fan. But, just the fact that all of the other local music places have closed down, and even the big box stores are not really carrying music anymore.

Yeah, I just went to one closest to my parent's house to look for a cd for mother's day. They have drastically reduced their cd selection (and I think they may have only had the Queen box set as their vinyl selection). It's also the only place to buy music in about a 45 mile radius from their town (besides Walmart and Target). Kind of sad.

Yup, tons of stuff sold out last week on HT.com so Im reordering a bunch of stuff. I believe the Menzingers are part of that.

Yeah, the next round doesn't include the signed poster and isn't numbered. And it is no longer on 180g vinyl. Just "heavyweight colored vinyl." To keep it special for the people that ordered during the first pre-order.

I was kind of disappointed in the M83 7". It has one song on it, a non-album song, and you can see why they left it off the album. $8 or $9 for one crappy song... Oh well.

This may go up online sometime around/after Thursday, but might not be actually the real thing until next Tuesday, but it is supposed to go out for sale at stores next Tuesday? I realize they you have no control over this though, Travis, so no worries if it happens different than you say.

I swear this tour didn't have a Utah date. I checked a bunch of times when they were doing the 7" presale, and was disappointed to not see one. And now on Twitter, I just saw, "thanks SLC, see you next time." So, it did stop here and I somehow heard nothing about it. I'm so bummed...
