The reissued sleeves are thicker than the originals. They're not heavy duty, by any means, but they are thicker.

It appears to be standard weight, or at least it doesn't mention being 180g like the black version does. Seems like a decent thickness though, good quality.

I ordered 2 in separate orders when it first went up, and one of them was cancelled but the other wasn't. I got the re-order/coupon code email for the cancelled one. And then I got another cancellation email for the one that didst originally get cancelled this morning. So, I re-ordered using the coupon code email. Whatever.

I just bought Magical Mystery Tour because that's the only one that wasn't included in the "blue box" that I have, and I didn't have a very nice copy of it otherwise. I think it sounds awesome. I think I might get a couple of the other ones and see if I can tell much of a different from the copies that I already have.

the sign was just referring to the EP. They pressed tons of control and quite a few Achilles and hard to find, and less of the other two but bob said those will stay in print a while if the demand was there. The EP is strictly limited to 2000.

I found this used a year or so ago, and it sounds a lot better than the Plain Recordings version I already had (which I thought didn't have the best sound).

I didn't actually see the records though, I just heard the people who work at the record store making fun of a nerdy metal kid buying the $45 Iron Maiden reissues. Perhaps they were exaggerating on the price. Any good place to find these online?
