  1. Yeah that's a crazy price, would pay $12.
  2. Jeez man, that must of taken ages to do. Nice posters, hope you find buyers.
  3. Hmm bummer dudes. Hopefully they get them in soon.
  4. It's $10 with shipping, unless I'm missing something about HT's shipping costs. And I've supported them way more than this...I don't really see the need to outline a justification here. Between shirts, concerts, and records, on La Dispute alone I've spent...directly from retailers, not ebay, probably $350 at least? I don't think another $5 will make that much difference. At this point, I get all music for free. Plenty of bands have also advised me to do so. If I like the music, I will see you live, buy a shirt, and buy your records. I'd go broke if I started buying CDs too, even for $10 a pop. I also did not say I was entitled...I was just saying I'm not a free rider, having supported them plenty. Also, I already have the no sleep subscription. Top Shelf would be nice, but considering the odds I don't care much about a golden ticket. And final point: It's a comp. Labels give these away for free to get you into new bands. If a label wants to advertise bands to me, they can fund their own expenses--I see it as me paying for their advertising. But that's just me, and I can definitely see the other side of the coin here. As far as I am aware, these are unreleased and b-side tracks. This isn't something labels go and make a comp for to get people into the bands. I understand what you are saying, and I think you are correct. But, this isn't a lot of money, compared with what you get. Also there is the added bonus of helping the two labels sell well in HT. If it does well, there will be greater opportunities for NSR and TSR. For the record, I wont be buying one. Only because I live in Australia, and the HT shipping prices are absolutely absurd. But If I were in thee states, I would definitely do it for the chance of freebies and to support the labels.
  5. Got these today. Was hoping I would get my Fuck Off All Nerds and You Blew It! Bundles. Still in transit. Note my horrible presentation.
  6. How do you know? Someone should post here if they do get the test press, would like to know where it went. Hope I get it but, haha.
  7. This is a joke, right? I really hope it is. Who cares, he just wants to collect, a lot of people are the same. Do you think people who collect classic cars go driving them around? No. Besides, just mean more fresh records for myself and others.
  8. i feel your pain. although I only got the gold LP on it's own Haha you feel my constant daily pain...
  9. Good dude to work with, made a great PPD deal to Aus. Buy his records!
  10. Alright I just ordered the mega bundle, feel for me people, $31.90 for shipping to Australia, $91.90 all up.
  11. I sent a pm a few days ago, nothing yet.
  12. They did offer on for the 'photo comp', I think they just mean they it's not likely they would sell one. Still hope they do one day but.
  13. So you paid for the code/shipping voucher at the show, not when you check out through the TSR store? If that's the case I may have to change this to just purchasing the record of someone, if they are willing. I'll keep this thread up for now. Thanks for you help ryan and adamrfox.
  14. Good point, I am not sure how many people were there. Maybe they were slim pickings.
  15. Lol okay dude. I can't be certain, as I didn't attend. But, I am fairly sure everyone in attendance got a code. Can anyone confirm this for me? Did anyone here attend?
  16. Dude, did you even look at the Topshelf link I posted... You being overtly rude because you are uninformed. From the Topshelf Records page; "Preface: This is $200.00 to prevent just anyone from buying it. Attendees of You Blew It!'s record release show will get a voucher good for $189.00 off and free shipping on their order (for a total of $11.00). Please don't actually buy this without your unique discount code (which you'll be prompted to enter before checking out). Thanks!" All it took was one click and you could of saved yourself two posts...
  17. Adamrfox - I don't know what is unique about the release show version, I am just wanting to collect all variants as I really enjoy the band. I have no idea where you got the idea I was expecting the record for free just because I have a code, you still have to pay for it. Maybe you unfamiliar with how TSR are doing it this time? Maybe I wasn't clear enough? Here is the link so you can see what I mean. http://www.topshelfrecords.bigcartel.com/product/you-blew-it-grow-up-dude-lp-release-show-version HipsterAsfolk - Are you refering to me? Anyone else want to help me out please?
  18. Hi everyone, I am looking for an un-used unique code for the release show version of You Blew It - Grow Up, Dude. I understand these were handed out at the show so people could go to the TSR site and purchase it there. I was supposed to be in the US and attending this show, but unfortunately my partner has become very ill and we had to cancel our long awaited holiday. I believe the show happened in late March, correct me if I am wrong, so I assume people have the codes/ I know it's a long shot as anyone who frequents these boards and did attend, would obviously need theirs for themselves. What I am asking is if any has a friend or family member who does not collect records, or does not want it and is willing to hand it to me? I would prefer not to spend cash on a few numbers, but if you insist we can work something out. PM me if you think you can help me out, I will be very grateful. Please and thank you.
  19. Would like on of these too, wonder if I'llk get one in my TSR order.
  20. Hmm. I still have not recieved mine, but I am located in Australia, so I am sure it's on the way. I do hope mine is not so busted up. I know this does not affect the record in any way, but the sleeves are beautiful things, I understand why people want them in perfect condition. Anyone who says this is a regualr accurance, I feel very sorry for you. Even with international shipping, I have NEVER had any damage to my sleeves, always great condition. I will not hold it against Alex if mine is damaged. But, I find it hard to accept that you didn't understand how to package the record properly beforehand. That being said, if mine is damaged, I will be ordering another, it's just the way I am. I want all my sleeves to be in suitable condition.
  21. Alright dude, I want The Blood Brothers, all of them. I am PM'ing now.
  22. Hey alexislegend, I am going to shoot you an email as my friend has asked me to purchase a copy for him. If you do not get back to me in time, I will order two and hope my order isn't cancelled. He would order it himself but it's just going to be to hefty with shipping to Australia. I hope this is alright.
