  1. I'm not a big nofx/fatreck fan boy who has to order every release early or pay a ridiculous amount off eBay. But I think I rather enjoy the first pressing have a few hundred color and the rest black, this whole subsequent pressings having a color seems like a money grab. Maybe a special release like the lagwagon box set. But now the 126" is being pressed on silver and the self entitled on magenta... Grumble grumble
  2. I wonder what pressing plant they use? They really should switch. I hope failed stated comes out okay. The euro pressing is perfect 180 gram in orange no issues what so ever. If the blue skips I may have to give up on epitpah. If they really beloved color didn't sound as good why sell it at all? That makes them seem cheap.... From my experience someone surface noise is present on splatter vinyl but unless your an audiophile with a 15k stereo you wouldn't notice the difference between opaque red and black.
  3. My no substance is also the worst by far... It's a damn shame because these albums I grew up listening to. On cd of course. And it was so exciting g to get them on vinyl... In a positive not the op-ivy reissues don't skip at all. I guess if the nofx boxset comes out I'll wait and see wha others experience. Thanks for all the replies
  4. I was wondering if anyone knows what's up with poor quality records from epitaph. The bad religion boxset had issues on a couple of Tr LPs. Skipping/skating. So did the reissue o the first 7". I recently got a nofx white trash LP repress and it's horrible also. I can increase the counterweight or I guess decrease... And that gets rid of most of the problems. Then recently a friend told me that would damage my stylus. True? Has anyone else had any issues with epitaph? From what I read it's mainly represses, any one have issues? I read on another board about a nofx LP boxset in the near future but I'm a little Leary.
  5. Maybe because there have been a million pressings of this most people who "need" a test pressing already have it... Nah you'll get $200-300 still
  6. Followed! Yeah rad idea! I have a few records I'll email you tonight or tomorrow
  7. This is awesome, I'll be checking it out tomorrow. I LOVE GAINESVILLE!
