I went shopping today and one record store actually had the album on sale early on vinyl and cd. I would have got it then but I had already preordered online. Got home and some idiot postman had left my delivery of Valtari on the doorstep! It has been a hot day here so I am really annoyed about this. I haven't tried playing it yet, but it looks ok. Regardless I'm complaining to the postal service. The vinyl was hot upon touching. And for who want to know, the release with the cd is a gatefold and the cd is contained in a card sleeve inside, separate from the vinyl packaging.

They are now gone. Can't wait to get mine.

I ordered on May 4th and got mine today. I'm in the UK and that's just under two weeks.

Postman came to the door with mine just now. Had a £12.75 customs charge. I only had £20 on me and he was carrying no change so I couldn't have it. If you're going out on rounds with the knowledge of having a customs charge on a parcel, surely you would anticipate the person may not have the correct change.

No problem. I can already see this new Outer Battery Records label is going to be eating a lot of money from my bank account. Two releases so far, and two releases bought.

Just got an email from Outer Battery Records and they are taking preorders for a live performance of Bug in it's entirety on purple vinyl. Yesterday I got myself: The Tallest Man On Earth - The Wild Hunt Tom Waits - Mule Variations I'm still waiting on my purple copy of Heavy Blanket to come in the post.

Also bought both Meanderthal and the self titled on Cuban and Rasta colours. Can't wait to get them.

There are a few yellow marks like this lurking about inside mine aswell.
