The Lightning put Matt Carle on the buyout waivers. They are saying it will save the team 3.6 mil over the next 2 years. I can't believe such a inconsistent player was the highest paid defense last season.

Now that stamkos is signed I'm pretty sure bishop is a guaranteed trade. With kucherov this year and Hedman next year, no way they can afford him.
