Other scammers nowcleo a broken record scams claiming that the records were paid for are broken when they arrived, and demands a full refund including shipping. Both of my Sharks-No Gods records and wont provide any evidence of it. So just watch out with fuckers who do this shit.

This is in large why now I favor selling on this forum. My advice is to act like eBay is poison, not to mention the outrageous fees associated with it.

You think I should just relist? And yeah that's true but he has SOME positive feedback from these (real or somehow faked?) purchases. So like someone had said before, they're making money still right? 

eBay support fucking blows. Called, got someone who could barely speak English/understand what I was saying. Didn't give a shit what I had to say about how this guy has made multiple accounts, etc. "Oh just open an unpaid item case after four days". Yes I fucking get it, but he does this all the time! "Okay sorry to hear that. You know how to open a case? Okay good thank you and goodbye".

yeah but assuming he's an asshole, he could then report me for relisting before he has a chance to pay. Thus fucking me over even more. It's an off chance but who knows. I like how I just looked at his feedback and today he apparently paid $45 for a Propagandhi record.

You can't get in any trouble. If by some miracle he does pay you can remove the listing - the item being sold is a valid reason.

Why do you have to wait to relist?

technically, he still has one day to pay even though he won't. If I were to relist now, I could get "in trouble" for relisiting before he had a chance to pay. It sucks.

Regardless, bought it and have been ripping through this on band camp/spotify.

That's good. If they were getting them I would be a little irritated that I paid extra for shipping and have to wait a few days to get this #firstworldproblems. Though I guess it would have hardly been a big deal at all since I'm sure it would cost me the same in gas to drive there to pick it up and go back home.

Yeah I wasn't fucking around with trying to go there. So hopefully he's right. My girlfriend lives about 5 minutes from there, so I'm sure we'll end up there on Thursday. I will check it out considering me and one other person are the only ones who go there for records.

Ahhh finally! got mine today from USPS. Now I know why it took a couple of days extra: FedEx has some sort of deal with USPS where they take it so far then hand it off to the post office for local delivery. Regardless, very happy it's here!

I got the swallow case for the 4S. One, it looks awesome and I love the light blue inlay. And two, it has held up very well thus far! Really impressed with it.

The most outrageous part is someone willingly is paying 81 dollars plus shipping for this record...a record that was in stores today yet they bid before release date...for a fall out boy record... I like this band but I would never dream of paying that much for any of FoB's albums.

My thoughts exactly. Whoever is selling this is kind of an asshole. Whoever is buying it, is crazy to me as well. $81 is a shit ton of money for this.

I work in cell phones and have yet to hear anything regarding iOS 6.1 and battery life, though I'm sure I certainly will in the near future.  I'm pretty stoked for 6.1 though considering there should be a jailbreak here shortly.  

Side note:  Apparently jailbreaking will revert back to being illegal here in the near future based on new FCC regulations.  Lame. 

I didn't hear about that! Wow now I'm sad, I was so excited when I saw that they've jailbroken the 5 on 6.1. If it goes back to being illegal that will suck, but most likely won't stop most people from doing it. 

as for battery, if your iPhone is over a year old (and you don't have additional AppleCare warranties) you can replace the battery in like fifteen minutes for around $10. Doing that on my 4S once the replacement battery comes in the mail.
