Don't know the cost to do this, but as museum said you can do the lathe OR actually go through the process at a plant but only get the tests done?

Plants will usually charge for half the order just to get tests. I think most do minimum of 100 at the highest rate for low runs. That'd cost a lot.

I pressed my brother's band's album as a wedding present.  I used Tangible Formats (http://www.tangibleformats.com/) - I used the 10" which didn't include album art, so I can't speak for that aspect, but the record turned out awesome and plays great.  He uses lathe cut so it's not super durable but its pretty cheap and he specializes in single pressings.  I'd say turn-around was only about 2-3 weeks too.
