heylepe Posted January 17, 2015 Share Posted January 17, 2015 I'm going to bump this thread - I have the same Marantz inegrated amp and am curious if floor standing speakers worked out. For the space, great sound and good bass with the volume on the low end. For a bigger bass sound or bigger space, the 7s would work, but they are substantially larger. I've seen the Polk Monitor 50s at 80 bucks - wasn't sure if those were going to be any good. There is a set of TSI 400s near me for 250, but I haven't read a ton about hose speakers. Thanks for all the input fellas. I have some bookshelf speakers that work fairly well, but I wanted something that had just a bit more in the low end.
