xspinzx Posted April 29, 2015 Share Posted April 29, 2015 I found a good deal on a pair of used epos elan 10 bookshelf speakers in my price range ($500) and was curious if anyone has listened to them before? I don't have much experience with speakers or brands so I'm pretty much reading tons of reviews and trying my best to compare. I think the speaker section in the beginners thread might be a little outdated so that's why I am asking for help. My current setup is a project debut espirt turntable and a marantz pm6005 integrated amp. Any help or other recommendations would be very helpful! All the best on your purchase. If you dont mind me asking, what amp are you using with your Epos? I have Epic 2's and the yamaha amp I have isn't really a good match, imo. arem Posted May 13, 2015 Share Posted May 13, 2015 If you are interested in the Rega RS1's Soundstage Direct gave me a great deal on them, well below their listed price on the site for brand new in box speakers, not floor models.
