highfives
I haven't seen this posted anywhere so, Real Don Music is Kirk Huffman's new project after Kay Kay and His Weathered Underground. If you dig electro/hip-hop beats with horns, give it a whirl. You can grab the 7" single of Emeralds and Angels / Smoke by Day now. Their EP, The Dank Sinatra, is out digitally now but will be released on vinyl soon (no date yet). https://walkinghawkrecords.com/shop/emeralds-angels-smoke-by-day

Guest
Give me the Dank Sinatra EP on vinyl now! This single is awesome though. Edit: You got their name wrong in the title. It's "Real Don Music"

It's "Real Don Music" That's what I initially thought it was until I heard a recent podcast with Kirk. The dude introduced the band as The Real Don. Probably a mistake on his part since those YouTube videos are titled as Real Don Music.
highfives
This 7" is $5 on Walking Hawk's site right now. ($7.50 after shipping) https://walkinghawkrecords.com/shop/emeralds-angels-smoke-by-day
Guest
Hopefully the EP goes up soon, it's been a bit since Kirk posted pictures of the test presses.
THE_James_Champ
Hopefully the EP goes up soon, it's been a bit since Kirk posted pictures of the test presses. It's gonna be a bit longer, because of pressing demands at plants, but they said to keep an eye out for a cassette version coming soon. highfives

I think we should just start assuming that for everything outside of EMI/WB reissues. Wasn't there a new pressing plant opening in Oregon or am I just making that up? If it is, hopefully it can reduce some wait times.
