45Bob45
Hello. I'm a fairly passionate collector of both Vintage and modern 45 record adapters. I even run a website dedicated to them. 45recordadapters.com. I was wondering if any of you might have some rare or unique ones available for sale. Please keep me in mind if you have any or happen to come across any. Thanks! kamalatapes

aarondltd
I found a rubber thing that was probably a car part and it works as one. I think all the ones I have seen are in that picture though except for the ones that come with record players that look like the rubber thing I found. 45Bob45
Thanks guys. If you have a picture of that "rubber thing", feel free to post it. You never know. You're not the first person to think that I was joking. I really never thought that I would be such a freak about these things. I've learned a lot about the history of vinyl and the industry through all my research. It's been fun, but now I'm really struggling to find new ones. I know there are more out there, just need to find them. Please keep me in mind if you come across anything interesting. Thanks [email protected] Www.45recordadapters.com Don't have access to a good camera at the moment but can take another later. It's just a little wider at the bottom where it fits a 45 perfectly. 45Bob45
I can see how that would work. It would probably work best for only one record at a time because you couldn't stack many because they wouldn't stay centered and would probably start to slip. Wow, I'm sure that was probably a run on sentence but hopefully you get what I was saying. LOL.

Like I said before, the only reason I thought of it is because it's similar in size to ones included with some turntables. I almost took a picture of them side by side, now I have a better camera handy I could give that a "shot" for comparison sake. Could a car knowledgable person tell what that is?
