They also changed the way they calculate postage on parcels/packages, making it both weight and size based. Your shipping was 7.67. Based on the current USPS online calculator, shipping is estimated @ 6.67, and with a $1 handling fee (for packaging, mailers, etc.), everything seems to add up. If it helps, consider that all Pre-orders are discounted (For example a Gatefold LP is priced @ $10 and will go up to the regular $12 on the day of release.
