dntheman1
Hey, my name's Dan and I'm just getting back into vinyl after not buying much of it since college. What I'd like to know is what record labels give you a digital download with a vinyl purchase? I know the wonderful Suburban Home Records does this as do Saddle Creek and Sub Pop (I think). The reason I ask is my record player is on the fritz and haven't ventured out to buy a new one, but I'd like to get back into collecting vinyl instead of CDs (assuming my wife doesn't kill me for taking up a bunch of space with records). Thanks!
ps
Matador does it too, I think. Some include a cd copy like the Ben Weasel record or Against Me's new album. I use eMusic to pick up most of my vinyl digitally, its cheap and legal. Check around, it seems to be a rising trend.
forgeagain
Polyvinyl also does this with newer releases.

scottheisel
The new Jimmy Eat World LP comes with a digital download code, and what really impressed me was that they're DRM-free MP3s -- from a major label! The new Valley Arena 7-inch also comes with a digital download code.
