I hadn't seen this posted here yet and this is a HUGE fucking deal to me personally. So I just had to share it.

Abilene was a CRIMINALLY unrated post-Hoover band. They almost never get named checked like the likes of June Of 44, Regulator Watts or The Crownhate Ruin but were amazing in their own right. They straddled that line between early post rock/math rock stylings and post hardcore. They released one album as a 3 piece and later added  former Hoover bandmate Fred Erskine on trumpet for their 2nd full length. 

This set combines both of their full lengths, which have never been released on vinyl previously, and a 3rd disc of rarities stuff. There are shirt bundles, etc available as well. And if you have ever bought anything done by Landland, you already know the quality will be top notch.

This is a passion project for Dan over at Landland and has been in the works for years. So happy this is finally happening!

This is great.  I didn’t know anything about this band, but I love June of 44 and Hoover.  Will be listening this, and if I can afford it, I’ll pick up the box.  Thanks!
