Cargo khakis make almost everyone look like they're 12 years old. I wear khakis w/out cargo pockets. Not that there's anything inherently wrong with the shorts themselves, but it's the combination with the other things (boat shoes, Polo-brand polo, backwards caps, etc.) that makes it ehhh.
